Public Feed reads the permits for you. It shows only what moved in your area: address, value, type, status, and the date the city posted it. Real, funded work the day after it is filed.

You see the jobs that matter, and only those

45,000 live permits across six sources. Almost none change on a given day. Scrolling that list is why nobody does it, and why the first reader wins. We throw out what did not change. You see what moved in your ZIPs, filtered by area, job size, and how big a deal, 1 to 5.

You know what stage each job is at

A permit list says a permit exists. It does not say the job is real yet. Chase "Applied" and you quote work that never starts. Miss "Issued" and the crew is already on the roof. Every item here is typed: New. Issued, funded and about to start. Value up, the order grew. Linked, two permits, one job, shown once.

You can trust what you are reading

Lead vendors resell contacts, hide prices, and auto-renew. Their fine print disclaims accuracy. You find out the data was stale when a customer says the job finished in March. Every fact here is the city's own record with its posted date. If a city was down, the digest says "6 of 7 sources checked." Price on the page. Cancel in one click. Nobody resells your lead.

City files do not include contractor names today. Items show the job, not the company.
